JobResponsibilities:

 

1,inaccordancewiththecompany'sSOPprocess,responsiblefortheone-ticketoperationofinternationallogisticsimportandexportbusiness;

 

2.Responsiblefortheoperationoftheoverallprocessofcargotransportationafterreceivingtheorder,includingbooking,placingpre-allocation,placingordersandcarryingcases,warehouseloading/trailer,preparationofcustomsdeclarationdocuments,customsdeclaration,inspectiondeclaration,checkingcosts,submittinginvoices,checkingbillsoflading,andissuingTheoverallprocessofbilloflading,DDU/DDPcargotrackinguntildeliveryatthedestinationport;

 

3.Familiarwiththedocumentsandmaterialsrequiredforexporttodifferentcountriesandrelevantregulationsofthedestinationcountry,advanceforecast,riskmanagementandcontrol;familiarwiththeimportbusinessoperationprocessandimportcustomsandinspectionprocedures;haveacertainknowledgeofinternationaltrade;

 

4.Standardizebusinessprocessesandorganize,supervise,promoteimplementation,controlrisks,assistmarketersinsolvingunexpectedanddifficultproblemsinoperation,ensureservicequalityandcontrolcosts;

 

5.Projectcargooperationplanformulation,customsprocessingandcontainerallocationarrangements,fullservicetocustomers,toobtaincustomersatisfaction;maintainlong-termstableandgoodrelationshipwithshippingcompanycustomerservice/documents;timelyfeedbackrelatedpolicychangesofcustomsandshippingcompanies.

 

jobrequirements:

 

1.Afull-timecollegedegreeorabove,Englishlevel4orabove,graduatesfrommaritimecollegesandotherrelatedinstitutionsarepreferred;

 

2.Withindustryexperience,workingexperienceinmedium-sizedandaboveGlobalcompaniesispreferred.

 

3.Intheinternationallogisticsindustry,therearemorethanthreeyearsofworkexperienceinimport/exportone-ticketoperation,andmorethanoneyearofdirectbookingandgoodcommunicationexperiencewithatleastthreeofthefollowingbookingplatforms/shippingcompanies:SIPG/OrientInternational/ChinaCentralPlace/ForeignAgency/Sinotrans/ChinaCargo/MSK/CMA/SAF/PIL/COSCO/MSC/ZIM/MOL/EMC

 

4.EPCprojectoperatingexperienceispreferred;Africanrouteswithmorethanoneyearofoperatingexperiencearepreferred;
