Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Daily contact with shipping company, able to maintain close communication, and get the bottom price and space in time.

 

2. The freight rate is formulated, the selling price is determined according to the market situation and the volume situation, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the price, and pay attention to the importance of subsequent updates.

 

3. Reply to all kinds of inquiries, guarantee to give the corresponding quotation within the specified time.

 

4. Market feedback, conduct multi-faceted understanding and verification, understand market feedback through the marketing department, own resource channels, and shipping companies, collect various types of information, and conduct market comparison and analysis.

 

5. Communicate and cooperate with the marketing department, maintain good communication, maintain timely and accurate information, and assist in handling problems.

 

6. ??Cooperate with the operation department to assist the operation to solve the follow-up problems of booking, such as pre-allocation speed, container embarkation, cost confirmation, etc.

 

7. Cooperate with the Finance Department to deal with the shipping company's collection differences in a timely manner, and the Finance Department will resolve it within half a month after the issue.

 

8. Special treatment for base cargo & key account customers, and go all out for customers with guaranteed profits and controllable risks, especially state-owned enterprises, central enterprises and medium and large suppliers. The airline is participating in visits to major customers.
